Physicians collaborate with patient’s primary doctor and are available for pain and symptom management consultation, as well as making house calls as needed.
A patient’s existing or attending physician can continue to direct the clinical care after the patient is on hospice services. However, if the patient or their existing physician wishes, ED & AR Hospice can provide a physician working on their team who will cater explicit and skillful care related to the primary illness.
